Week 10 produced many good wins – West Monroe fought off a determined Ruston squad 21-14, Sterlington shut out Carroll 28-0, Union held off Wossman 35-30, Oak Grove pummeled Cedar Creek 55-18, Haynesville beat Homer 21-6 in the Downs Law GOTW and Rayville edged General Trass 30-22. Lincoln Prep, Winnfield and J-Hodge got wins to secure playoff berths while Briarfield, PVA and Riverfield advanced to the MAIS semis. One win really stood out…Caldwell overcome a 28-7 deficit to win over a stout Marksville team 35-34 in overtime and earn the BIG WIN of the Week Award. Congrats Caldwell Spartans!!
