Week 9 gave us more big wins in Northeast Louisiana. Neville beat district rival Bastrop 19-14. Carroll knocked off Union 21-13 in the Downs Law Game of the Week. OCS, Caldwell and Block had shutout wins but we are going with the Cougars of Cedar Creek, who beat Delta Charter 49-14 to improve to 7-2. Congrats to the Cougars!
