Impact Player of the Week – Week 10

The last week of the regular season produced a plethora of strong Impact Player candidates. Lajavion Nichols from J-Hodge had 4 tds and 4 sacks, Kenneth Harris from Caldwell caught 4 td passes, Xavier Dunn from Lincoln Prep had 221 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns and the Sterlington duo of Cole Jones (9 tackles and 2 sacks) and Jordan Townsend (90 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns) were the strongest contenders. Others considered were CJ Chatman (Vidalia), Bryce Malloy (Winnfield), JT Smith (Mangham) and the Ferriday boys (Byron Milligan and Kobe Johnson) but the Week 10 winner of the All Star Trophies and Awards IMPACT Player of the Week is Ron Craten from Oak Grove High School. Craten ran for 236 yards and 4 touchdowns on only 9 carries. Congrats Ron…the video will be coming.
